How It Works
What problem does NOA parking intelligence solve?
Multi-storey and indoor parking has been instrumented for years. Outdoor surface lots — often the largest parking asset on a site — have almost no data. No real-time occupancy. No utilisation record. No way to direct drivers to available spaces. NOA closes that gap with wireless sensors that require no cabling, no cameras, and no disruption to operations.
How do the sensors work?
NOA Parking Puck sensors are deployed in outdoor parking spaces. Each sensor uses a magnetometer and radar to detect vehicle presence and reports occupancy in real time to the NOA platform via LTE. You see a live map of every space and zone, updated continuously.
Does this involve cameras or video?
No. Presence detection only. A vehicle is here or it is not — that is the operational data that matters, and it is all NOA collects. No video footage, no ANPR, no images of any kind.
